Adventure in the outdoors is closer than you think. At the Outdoor Expo, Metroparks experts will be on-hand to help you discover your next passion, May 18 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Side Cut Metropark.

  • New this year: Axe Throwing and Introducing Forest Bathing w/ Kim High
  • Climbing Zone
  • Kayaking and canoeing
  • Bicycling
  • Bike Show featuring The Right Direction
  • And much more

The expo has something for all ages and experience levels, from the seasoned enthusiast to the first timer.

Watch for more information about an exciting new event - Outdoor Challenge -  Sept. 28, 2019 at Oak Opening Metropark.  You “tried” it at the Expo, then honed your skills throughout the summer, now compete putting your skills to the test at the Outdoor Challenge.

Celebrate Bike Month

May is Bike Month: at the Expo, you'll meet area cycling clubs and businesses, and learn about Metroparks cycling programs, trails and other amenities. Monitored bicycle parking will be available, so ride your own bike.
