- Celebrate the life and legacy of Sammy Mo Molnar at a one-of-a-kind hockey tournament, hosted in his memory at The Ribbon at Glass City Metropark. This unique 6U hockey tournament supports the Sammy Mo Molnar Gift Ribbon Program, helping to make skating at The Ribbon accessible for all in Lucas County.
- The Ribbon Ice Skating Trail OPEN:Families, friends, and supporters can enjoy skating at The Ribbon while the tournament play is ongoing at The Pond – Admission is $10/adult, $8/child, and $2 skate rentals, with all skating proceeds during the tournament benefiting the Gift Ribbon Program.

- Skate for Kindness at The Ribbon from 1 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. with proceeds used to outfit and supply Kindness Rooms in area schools.
- Skate for Kindness tickets include admission to skate at The Ribbon, skate rentals and a meal ticket for pizza, salad and soft drink from The Garden by Poco Piatti.
- Non-skaters are encouraged to join the event – non-skater tickets include the meal ticket.
