This job provides variety. No two days are the same – you may spend a day making repairs, performing preventative maintenance on our equipment, laying mulch, mowing, cleaning, or maintaining our trails.

Day in the life?
No two days are exactly the same. This job is about connecting people to accomplish a common goal – whether it’s building a new playground or restoring a wetland. You’ll work in the office and in the field coordinating & overseeing a variety of projects across the park district. You’ll work with every department in Metroparks as well as with external partners and other local government agencies.
