Metroparks is committed to providing opportunities for all people to utilize our parks, facilities and programs. Should an individual feel that he or she has been unable to access a Metroparks facility, program or service because of lack of accessibility the individual should contact Metroparks staff by calling 419-407-9700 or by using our email form. Individuals may request a face-to-face meeting with a Metroparks staff member to discuss their concern.
Metroparks staff members should contact their supervisor or the Employee Services Manager with any concerns about accessibility or discrimination.
All complaints will be reviewed promptly so that a resolution can be achieved as quickly as possible.
Metroparks Toledo staff can adapt many programs to be accessible to anyone who would like to participate. Reasonable accommodations can also be made. Please tell us your needs at the time of registration, but no later than 72 business hours prior to the program.
