For Your Health: Resolve To Walk The Metroparks In 2016
Walking is good for you, and walking in nature is even better, studies show. Make walking in the park a new habit in 2016. You can walk with a member of the Metroparks staff four days a week – three at Wildwood Preserve and one at Oak Openings Preserve. Simply register online for these free, 50-minute trail walks.

Monday-Wednesday-Friday, 11 a.m. at Wildwood Preserve. Meet at the Visitors Center.
NEW Monday at 9 a.m. at Pearson, parking lot 9.
NEW Wednesdays (starting February 10) at 6 p.m. at Secor, Photography Center parking lot. Enjoy an after-dark walk in the park.
Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. at Oak Openings Preserve. Meet the Buehner Center at the Mallard Lake Area.
