The Mercy Health Mobile Mammography unit is coming to you!
Metroparks Toledo and Mercy Health Present: Nature & Nurture: Breast Wellness Day. Discover how time spent outdoors at your Metroparks can benefit your mind, body, and overall wellness. Join us for a guided walk, listen to a guest speaker, and get your annual mammogram all at one stop.
Nature walks will leave at 4 and 6 p.m., No Reservations Required.
Guest speaker Dr. Shannon Hughes, Director of Education and Programming for Metroparks Toledo and young survivor, will highlight the importance of early screening and spending time outdoors. Presentation will begin at 5 p.m.

Mammograms are covered by most health plans. For the best coverage, please verify that Mercy Health – St. Charles Hospital is an in-network provider with your insurance carrier.
PATIENT ELGIBILITY
- Must be at least 40-years old
- At least 365 days since your last mammogram
- Cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding
- Should be able to easily walk up and down stairs and stand unassisted
- No history of breast issues such as: nipple discharge, lumps, pain, or cancer in the last two years
