Ranger Kevin Repeda had a suggestion: Create a Metroparks flag to fly over each of the parks. At Saturday’s dedication for Middlegrounds, Steve Madewell, executive director, announced that the first flag will fly over the new park. Flags will go up at the other Metroparks in the coming weeks. The green flags feature the new Metroparks logo, which was unveiled in February.
