Achievement you are most proud of, career or other:

Drop me off in the Middle of Nowhere, Alaska. Hunting, fishing, kayaking… just enjoying the outdoors.
Notable pet:
An English Bulldog named Meatball who was abandoned at Wildwood Preserve bout 9 years ago. Nobody claimed him, so we brought him into our family.
What is something few know about you?
I coach youth soccer. I am lucky enough to be involved with a great organization, really talented coaches, good parents and, most important, wonderful young ladies that make coaching so rewarding.
What brought you to Metroparks?
I was a student at the Toledo Agricultural Center (TPS) and studied natural resources. They introduced me to Metroparks and helped me get my foot in the door as a seasonal maintenance worker at 18. I decided then that I wanted to make this my career, and 22 years later here I am.
Your favorite park visited?
Yellowstone National Park, but I do have to say that the crew at Pearson Metropark do an amazing job at making that park one of my favorite destinations every day!
