Before Wildwood became the People’s Park, it was the estate of Robert A. Stranahan, co-founder of Champion Spark Plug, and his wife, Page. Tour the main areas of the house and learn the role the Stranahan family played in Toledo’s history. Discover how the citizens of Lucas County united to save this land from development and developed Wildwood for generations of park visitors.
