The Doneghy Inclusive Garden offers wheelchair accessible garden beds, ADA compliant seating within a pergola, a sensory water wall, and plantings with olfactory and touch sensory components. The opening of this special place coincides with The Ability Center’s 100th anniversary.
This project was made possible thanks to a lead gift from the Lott-Conlon Foundation. The mission of the Lott-Conlon Foundation is to provide financial support to projects and not-for-profit organization activities designed to foster inclusion and enhance access for the disabled - whether for work, community or play. This project was also made possible through the generosity of Susan L. Conda, a Metroparks Membership grant and a gift in memory of TBG volunteer Helen Jean Weinkauf.
Located west of the OSU/Admin building, Elmer Drive entrance.
