Pearson Playground
At Pearson we re-created a giant tree stump and filled it with fun play elements to allow children of all ages to explore the wonders the Great Black Swamp including spiders, water lilies, and woodpeckers. Beyond playing on traditional play elements like slides and swings, kids can explore a myriad of nooks and pass through features as they use their imagination to invent their own play experience.

Tables and Chairs: Each playground has a large picnic area with charcoal grills and tables nearby. There are several benches around the outside of the larger playground area. There are also drinking fountains nearby.
Playground: The large playground has 2 slides, a climbing wall 8 swings in total (including a toddler and a handicap accessible swing), 3 spinning merry-go-round lily pads, a climbing rope ladder, and several interactive play pieces. The smaller playground near parking lot4 has a total of 8 swings.
Grill(s): Yes there are charcoal grills in the picnic areas near the two playgrounds.
