Room Dimensions: The main room measures 20' x 31'

Tables and Chairs: There are eight—8 foot rectangular tables and 38 chairs. Tables and chairs must remain inside the building.

Paper and Plastic Products: Toilet paper and trash bags provided.

Alcohol: Is permitted inside the facility only.

Playground: There is no playground in the vicinity of the facility.

Internet: Not available.

Electrical Outlets: The facility has 5 outlets in the main room, 1 outlet in the restroom and 6 outlets in the kitchen.

Grill(s): There is one charcoal grill near this facility.

Fireplace: Decorative

Kitchen Facilities: There is a microwave, refrigerator/freezer, counter and sink.

AV Equipment: There is a monitor with HDMI capabilities. There is no, projector, microphone or podium at the facility. There is a pull-down screen available above the TV. Bands and DJs not accommodated.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the facility and within 25 feet of the facility entrance.

Dishes and Utensils: No dishes or utensils are provided.

Heat and Air Conditioning: The facility is heated and air conditioned with a new heat pump. Pellet burning stove is to be used as a supplement heat source.

Restrooms: There is a single unisex restroom inside the facility.
