Park Entrance Address: The Cannaley Treehouse Village is located in the Beach Ridge Area of Oak Openings Preserve. 3520 Waterville Swanton Road, Swanton, Ohio 43558

Getting to the Facility: Parking is located in the Beach Ridge Area, HEAVY Wheelhouse parking lot, located approximately .25 miles from the Treehouse Village entrance. Guests may drive up to the Treehouse Village drop-off supplies, but cars without a handicapped permit may not be parked on the Treehouse Village grounds.

Price: Rental Rate: $200 per night / Member Rate: $175 per night plus all overnight facilities have a 10% hotel tax plus 7.75% sales tax and a $100 refundable damage deposit.

Hours: Check-in time is 3:30 p.m. day of arrival. Check-out time is 10:30 a.m. day of departure. Treehouse Village observes designated quiet time of 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Individuals under the age of 18 must return to their rental location by 10 p.m. unless accompanied by an adult.

Capacity: This is an ADA accessible treehouse and has an accessible bedroom with a queen bed, a loft with a queen bed. The Hub sleeps 4 guests and has 2 queen beds.

Features and Amenities—Treehouse Village - The Hub

Tables and Chairs: Dining table and chairs

Alcohol: Alcohol permitted inside all of the treehouse structures. Alcohol is not permitted in the tent platform and outdoor areas of Treehouse Village.

Electrical Outlets: Yes

Grill(s): An electric grill provided.

Fireplace: The Treehouse Village has a shared Fire pit with wood provided by Metroparks. Please do not bring firewood into the Metroparks. The use of found wood or cutting wood in the Metroparks is prohibited.

Kitchen Facilities: Each treehouse features an under the counter refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and microwave.

Smoking: The Treehouse Villages is a smoke-free environment.

Heat and Air Conditioning: All treehouses heating and air conditioning.

Restrooms: There are full ADA flush restrooms located at the treehouse village is 476 feet from the door or 375 feet bottom of the ramp. Showers are located at the HEAVY Wheelhouse.

Additional Information: There is an accessible bedroom with queen bed, a loft with a queen bed, couch and 2 small end tables. A slide makes it easy and fun to get back to the ground. Want easy access to the mountain bike trail? A separate ramp leading bikers directly from the Hub to the trails will be coming in the future. Renters will provide their own linens, including bedding and towels. Each treehouse features a small sink for water. You may also want to bring some water for drinking. Pets are not permitted inside treehouse structures or tent platforms.
