Getting to the Facility: Parking is located in the Beach Ridge Area, HEAVY Wheelhouse parking lot, located approximately .25 miles from the Treehouse Village entrance. Guests may drive up to the Treehouse Village drop-off supplies, but cars without a handicapped permit may not be parked on the Treehouse Village grounds.
Price: Rental Rate: $225 per night / Member Rate: $200 per night plus all overnight facilities have a 10% hotel tax plus 7.75% sales tax and a $100 refundable damage deposit.
Hours: Check-in time is 3:30 p.m. day of arrival. Check-out time is 10:30 a.m. day of departure. Treehouse Village observes designated quiet time of 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Individuals under the age of 18 must return to their rental location by 10 p.m. unless accompanied by an adult.
Capacity: The Stable sleeps 6 guests and has 2 queen beds and a full bed.

Smoking: The Treehouse Villages is a smoke-free environment.

Restrooms: The full ADA flush restrooms located at the treehouse village is 458 feet. Showers are located at the HEAVY Wheelhouse.

Additional Information: There is a couch, 2 chairs a coffee table with lots of barn-like features. Renters will provide their own linens, including bedding and towels. Each treehouse features a small sink for water. You may also want to bring some water for drinking. Pets are not permitted inside treehouse structures or tent platforms.
