Getting to the Facility: Parking lot located in front of the building. Parking is not guaranteed for any event.

Price: Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., $500 or 8 a.m.–11 p.m., $800; Friday-Sunday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m., $700 or 9 a.m.–11 p.m., $1,000.

Hours: Monday–Friday: 8 a.m.–5 p.m. or 8 a.m.–11 p.m. Saturday–Sunday: 9 a.m.–5 p.m. or 9 a.m.–11 p.m.

Capacity: 150

Room Dimensions: The main room dimensions is 27-1/2 feet x 72 feet and does not include the dimension of the kitchen. The ceiling height is 10-1/2 feet.

Patio Dimensions: 30 feet x 60 feet (each side).

Tables and Chairs: There are 16—5 foot round tables, 30—6 foot rectangle and 150 chairs.

Paper and Plastic Products: Trash bags and paper hand towels are provided.

Alcohol: Alcohol is permitted inside the facility only.

Internet: WiFi is available

Electrical Outlets: There are 20 standard outlets (most outlets are 20 amp circuits). There is an electrical outlet located on the kitchen island.

Grill(s): There is a large capacity natural gas grill at the facility (gas provided). It is 65” long by 16” wide.

Fireplace: There is a gas fireplace. Fireplace Mantel measures 9-1/2 feet long x 13 inches deep.

Tenting the Patio: A tent is permitted on the east side of the building. Tents must be secured with water barrels and may not be used to increase the capacity of the building.

Kitchen Facilities: There are 2 standard size refrigerator/freezers, a microwave, 2 warming ovens and 2 sinks. The warming ovens are 15 inches wide x 24 inches tall x 24 inches deep. They have approximately four (4) removable racks each.

AV Equipment: There is A/V equipment (Blue Ray dvd player and projector). Wireless screen mirroring and HDMI connections are available. There is a microphone and podium at this facility. There is a pull down screen for presentations. Band and DJs can be accommodated.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the facility and within 25 feet of the facility entrance.

Dishes and Utensils: No dishes or utensils are provided.

Heat and Air Conditioning: The facility is heated and air conditioned.

Restrooms: Located inside the building.
