Getting to the Facility: Airport Hwy parking lot is directly in front of the facility. Parking is not guaranteed for any event.

Price: Monday-Sunday: 9 a.m.–5 p.m., $200 or 9 a.m.–11 p.m., $300.

Hours: 9 a.m.–5 p.m. or 9 a.m.–11 p.m.

Tables and Chairs: The facility has 50 chairs are black with silver frame in color, twelve—6 feet long x 2-1/2 feet wide (72"L x 30" W) tables that are black in color. Tables and chairs must remain inside the Yager Center.

Paper and Plastic Products: Paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags are provided.

Alcohol: Is permitted inside the facility only.

Playground: The nearest playground is approximately 400 feet from the facility. Playground equipment includes: swings, slides, a net climber, a horizontal ladder and steps. Playground for smaller children has swings, slides and steps.

Grill(s): There is one (1) large grill, the size is approximately 32 x 32. Located ten feet directly South of the building.

Fireplace: There is a gas fireplace.

Kitchen Facilities: The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator/freezer, sink and counter.

AV Equipment: Monitor with HDMI Capabilities (75-inch screen TV). A twenty-five foot or six foot HDMI cable available upon request. There is no microphone or podium at this facility. A rolling cart is available. Bands or DJs cannot be accommodated.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the facility and within 25 feet of the facility entrance.

Dishes and Utensils: No dishes or utensils are provided.

Heat and Air Conditioning: The facility is heated and air conditioned.

Restrooms: There are restrooms inside the facility. There is a changing station inside the restroom.
