The frog has been somewhat of an official mascot for the City of Toledo going back to the great black swamp. This series of handmade frogs were designed and sculpted by local artist, Ron Tiller. It takes an entire community to create a healthy ecosystem. Each frog represents everyone's role in the ecosystem that makes the City of Toledo's creative culture possible.
