This hippo cookie jar was made at Libbey Glass on Buckeye Street. One of my mom's first jobs was at the outlet store on Buckeye and she purchased this jar and brought it home to keep the grandkids' snacks in. My daughter, who is her fourth grandchild, has kept it all this time.
