This chakra was conceived by local artist Eric Michelsen. It was created in glass as a tip of the hat to his home town, Toledo. It is said that chakras are spinning disks of energy that correspond to bundles of nerves on the human body. They have thoughts, feelings, memories, experiences, and actions. With this in mind, the artist made this piece as a symbol of a chakra of Toledo, because he saw this town's energy spinning over a nerve center of the Mid-West.
