This is a leaf necklace that belonged to my mother, Alberta Law. This is an actual leaf that is treated with a special acid to burn out the "Flesh" of the leaf, leaving the intricate, lacy network. It is then stabilized in copper and hard dipped in 24K Gold. Each specimen is unique (by D. Kalenak, 1985).
