The venues located on the Glass City Riverwalk are perfect for meetings, corporate events, fundraising events, family gatherings, weddings, and beyond. These versatile spaces will elevate your event, against the backdrop of Toledo's scenic riverfront.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Located at Glass City Metropark, The Garden by Poco Piatti is the exclusive in-house food and beverage provider for Market Hall, The Ribbon (Summer and Winter), Cabana Village (Summer & Winter) and the Glass City Pavilion and Event Lawn (*beginning January 1, 2025)
Offering a variety of catering options from The Garden (menu) to the full Poco Piatti catering menu, we can cater to any occasion. If you need a custom menu, work with our team to craft a tailored menu suited for your event. Options are available for morning meetings, luncheons, simple delivery and drop off packages, or comprehensive hospitality services with buffet or plated meal selections and bar packages.
*The Garden by Poco Piatti is available to cater 2024 events at Glass City Pavilion upon request.
OTHER RENTAL OPTIONS AND OPEN AIR SHELTERS
If you prefer to provide your own food and beverage for your event, that option is permitted at all other Metroparks Indoor Rental Facilities and all Open Air Shelters, including three shelters located on the Glass City Riverwalk, including:
- Grosbeak Shelter at Glass City Metropark
- Pollinator Shelter at Glass City Metropark
- Rotary Roundhouse Shelter at Middlegrounds Metropark

The Glass City Pavilion is currently the only Glass City Riverwalk indoor rental facility available. Market Hall and The Ribbon (Summer and Winter) can only be reserved for exclusive use through an approved Special Activity / Event Permit (or select it in your request below). Cabanas at Cabana Village (Summer & Winter) can be reserved throughout the year.
Metroparks Members will receive a 20% discount on their facility rental fee, up to $100. Learn more about becoming a Metroparks Member HERE.
If you are a non-profit organization, ask about our special non-profit rates for Monday through Thursday rental dates.
Glass City Pavilion & Event Lawn Reservations are available between the hours of 8 a.m. and 11 p.m.
$300 – Monday-Thursday | Four-Hour Rental | $100/hour per additional hour up to $1,000
$500 – Friday-Sunday | Four-Hour Rental | $100/hour per additional hour up to $1,000
$1,000 – Full Day Reservation
Optional Add-Ons:
$150 – Glass City Pavilion Rooftop Deck
$300 – **Glass City Pavilion Patio & Lower Event Lawn
$1,500 – **Glass City Pavilion Patio & Full Event Lawn
*2025 prices will go into effect after January 1, 2025 and cannot be applied to 2024 rental events.
**These are base level fees to utilize the Event Lawn for a coordinated activity. Events using the Event Lawn are subject to additional permit fees based on park impact, level of exclusivity requested, site specific security and other event-related factors.
