Learning and Education
As your regional leader in programs and educational opportunities, Metroparks offers something for everyone. Whether exploring programs for a business, classroom, or large group our requested programs can provide what you need —including team-building, educational classroom experiences, or eco-tours.
The safety of our staff and community are a top priority. During this pandemic, we will be continuing to offer in-person requested programs but with the following changes:
- Group sizes cannot exceed 15 individuals (participants and chaperones) per program. Larger groups will require back-to-back programs with time in-between for staff to sanitize equipment if necessary.
- Participants and staff will be required to wear masks and socially distance during the program. (Participants must bring their own mask.)
- Programs not at a Metropark (“off-site”) are subject to approval based on the group size and capability to socially distance in the space the program would take place in.
- Some programs may be modified or unavailable.
