Wildwood All Purpose Walk/Bike Trail

In addition to the walking trails, a paved All-Purpose Trail provides an excellent, year-round surface for joggers, cyclists and walkers. This trail skirts mostly meadows as well as the Manor Hosue grounds. Look for cottontail rabbits darting from its edges, American goldfinches flitting through thistle, and Eastern bluebirds or Tree swallows using the next boxes set-up within its view. It is also ideal for watching a sunset or moonrise. An elevated boardwalk and covered bridge over the Ottawa River join the east and west sides of Wildwood on this trail, and there is a connector trail at Corey Road and Springbrook Drive to accommodate visitors walking or cycling in from neighborhoods east of the park.

Parking for this trail can be found at any of the parking lots at Wildwood Preserve.
