Nine members of AmeriCorps are working at Toledo Botanical Garden for about four weeks. They are splitting their time with Toledo Grows.

They are helping with weeding in the woodland garden and planting annual displays, including the color wheel design next to the administration building. AmeriCorps is a nationwide network of service programs.

Ranging in age from 18 to 24, the participants are from Washington, Louisiana, Florida, Texas and Puerto Rico.
