Wildwood Preserve has a new playground.

A bigger, better play area for children opened June 3 and incorporates new walkways and landscaping as well as features that invite children to climb and explore.

The old playground, which will be torn down, was used for a playground safety/maintenance workshop for area park, school and daycare professionals.
