Take a Short Survey on Two Park Projects
Please take a minute to answer a couple questions each on the following surveys. Public input is important to advancing projects such as these
New Trailhead
A singletrack (mountain bike) trail is taking shape at Oak Openings Preserve. The first trailhead is the Springbrook area of the preserve. Metroparks plans to create a second trailhead on the Fulton County portion of the trail to accommodate a 20-30 car parking lot and provide a bike fix-it station, drinking fountain/bottle filler, portable restrooms and a bike wash station.
New Restroom
Metroparks plans to replace a pit restroom at Farnsworth, near the boat launch area and campsites, with flush toilets.
