-Capacity: 120 guests seated, 150 standing
-Pricing:
$300 / 4-hour rental (Monday – Thursday) | $100/hour additional
$500 / 4-hour rental (Friday – Sunday) | $100/hour additional
$1,000 for a full-day rental (9 AM – 11 PM)
📌 Glass City Pavilion + Lower Event Lawn
-Capacity: Up to 800 guests for festivals; tent options available for seated events
-Pricing: $1,300 for a full-day rental
📌 Glass City Pavilion + Full Event Lawn
-Capacity: Up to 4,000 guests for large-scale concerts and festivals
-Pricing: $2,000 for a full-day rental
📌 Additional Rental Options
-Reserve an extra Setup/Teardown Day: $500 per day
-Upper Event Lawn Rental: Available upon request (no indoor space needed)
-Permit fees may apply for large-scale setups

Features and Amenities—Glass City Pavilion & Event Lawn
Tables and Chairs: Tables and folding chairs are included. Standard room layout is 12 round and 3 rectangular tables. There are an additional 7 round and 7 rectangular tables available. Renter is responsible for providing their own additional tables and chairs through a rental service. Rooftop furniture and Patio furniture is included. Indoor furniture cannot be used outside the Glass City Pavilion.
Paper and Plastic Products: Paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags are provided.
Alcohol: Hajjar Hospitality holds the exclusive hospitality rights and liquor license for the Glass City Pavilion & Event Lawn. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. In compliance with Ohio state liquor laws, all alcohol service must be provided exclusively by Hajjar Hospitality.
Internet: WiFi is available.
Grill(s): There is no grill available at this facility.
Kitchen Facilities: There is no public access to kitchen facilities at this venue. Hajjar Hospitality holds the exclusive hospitality rights and food service licenses and operates all kitchen areas at the Glass City Pavilion.
AV Equipment: In-House Sound System, Wireless Microphone, Projector with Screen
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the facility and within 25 feet of the facility entrance.
Dishes and Utensils: No dishes, utensils or décor is provided by the venue. Work with the hospitality team at Hajjar Hospitality to plan your function as many catering packages include all necessary dishes and utensils for your guests.
Heat and Air Conditioning: The facility is heated and air conditioned.
Restrooms: Located inside the building.
