An ideal setting for your next family function, fundraiser or corporate event, the Glass City Pavilion is a 3,500 square foot multi-purpose space with an open floor plan and amenities to meet flexible event needs. This charming space is located at Glass City Metropark, a primary anchor of the Glass City Riverwalk. High ceilings with floor to ceiling windows offer ample light and spectacular views of the Maumee River and downtown Toledo cityscape. Includes access to the rooftop plaza with breathtaking views and the best photo op in Toledo.

With an event lawn that can hold up to 5,000 people just outside the Glass City Pavilion, this flex-use location provides your group with diverse options for any event, corporate retreat, live music production or festival. With Toledo’s downtown cityscape as your event backdrop, work with our team to create a memorable, one-of-a-kind experience.

- For indoor events or activities for 150 people or less, simply check availability and reserve the Glass City Pavilion.

- For large scale events with indoor and outdoor space needs for more than 150 people, please apply for a Special Event Permit and let our team help you plan.

- $500 – Monday-Thursday | Day Rental | 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- $800 – Monday-Thursday | Full Day Rental | 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- $700 – Friday-Sunday | Day Rental | 9am-5pm
- $1,000 – Friday-Sunday | Full Day Rental | 9am-11pm

Features and Amenities—Glass City Pavilion & Event Lawn
Tables and Chairs: Tables and folding chairs are included. Standard room layout is 12 round and 3 rectangular tables. There are an additional 7 round and 7 rectangular tables available. Renter is responsible for setting up additional tables and chairs. Rooftop furniture is included on the Rooftop Deck.
Paper and Plastic Products: Paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags are provided.
Alcohol: Alcohol is permitted inside the facility only. *Proper liquor permits are required to serve alcohol outside of the Glass CIty Pavilion **NOTE** Beginning January 1, 2025, The Garden by Poco Piatti will be the full service catering and beverage provider at the Glass City Pavilion & Event Lawn. No outside food or beverage will be permitted in this space.

Grill(s): There is no grill available at this facility.
Kitchen Facilities: There are two (2) warming ovens, one (1) below the counter freezer and three (3) below the counter refrigerators and a counter for food prep. NOTE: Beginning January 1, 2025, The Garden by Poco Piatti will be the full service catering and beverage provider at the Glass City Pavilion & Event Lawn. No outside food or beverage will be permitted in this space.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the facility and within 25 feet of the facility entrance.
