Exclusive Catering Services provided by Hajjar Hospitality
Offering full-service catering, delivery, or pickup from Hajjar Hospitality, enjoy a variety of menus and full-service bar packages.
*Outside food and drinks are not permitted at Glass City Pavilion, except for celebratory cakes and desserts. All catering packages are subject to sales tax and a 12% service fee.
The Glass City pavilion features a 3,500 sq. ft. open-concept indoor space with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows providing natural light and river views. The modern space with patio and rooftop access is perfect for receptions, cocktail parties, corporate outings, meetings and more. The space accommodates a variety of events for up to 120 seated guests at tables, 150 seated auditorium-style or 150 standing cocktail-style.
The Pavilion offers private restroom facilities for guests and exclusive catering and bar services through our in-house concessionaire at Hajjar Hospitality.

Celebration Lawn at Glass City Pavilion
The Celebration Lawn (lower event lawn) provides an expanded outdoor space for larger celebrations at Glass City Pavilion. Extend your event onto the Celebration Lawn, ideal for wedding ceremonies, tented receptions, and large gatherings. The open green space accommodates a variety of setups, including up to 260 seated guests at tables under a 40’x100’ tent, 570 seated auditorium-style, 800 standing cocktail-style, or up to 1,500 for concert or festival configurations.
The Celebration Lawn is available for reservation only in combination with the Glass City Pavilion. Catering and bar services are offered exclusively through our in-house concessionaire, Hajjar Hospitality.

Combine the modern amenities of the Glass City Pavilion with the expansive outdoor space of the Full Event Lawn at Glass City Metropark. This package accommodates up to 5,000 event attendees and offers the perfect riverfront setting for festivals, concerts and large-scale community events.
The Full Event Lawn is available for reservation in combination with the Glass City Pavilion. Catering services are offered exclusively through our in-house concessionaire, Hajjar Hospitality. Plans for festival concessions, food trucks and expanded bar services may be included as part of your reservation request and event plan, pending Metroparks approval.

Glass City Pavilion & Event Lawn Rental Information
- Exclusive Use: The activity space will be reserved solely for your group during the time period specified in your reservation.
- Tables and chairs: The Glass City Pavilion includes up to 19 six-foot round tables and up to 10 five-foot rectangular tables, with additional furniture available on the patio and rooftop. Indoor furniture cannot be used outdoors. Any additional tables or chairs, linens, chair covers, or any furniture for outdoor use, must be rented through an external rental service.
- Parking: The Glass City Pavilion offers a nearby parking lot with 65 total spaces. For larger events, please coordinate with Metroparks to develop a parking plan tailored to your event’s size and needs. Additional parking is available throughout Glass City Metropark, and major events may require shuttle services or other transportation arrangements. Unless a formal parking plan is approved in advance, all Metroparks parking is open to the public and not held for reservations.
- Food and Beverage Services: Hajjar Hospitality holds the exclusive catering and liquor service rights for the Glass City Pavilion & Event Lawn. Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited, and in accordance with Ohio liquor laws, all alcohol must be served by Hajjar Hospitality. Large public events, including festivals, concerts and community events, may apply for a special activity permit to offer food trucks, event concessions and expanded bar services, subject to approval by Metroparks Toledo and Hajjar Hospitality.
- Restrooms: Restroom facilities are located inside Glass City Pavilion and can accommodate up to 300 guests. Events with more than 300 expected attendees may be required to rent additional portable restrooms from an external provider, especially for large public events.
- Tenting: Tenting for the lawn area is provided by Meredith Party Rentals. Tent rentals must be arranged directly with Meredith Party Rentals and are contracted separately from the Glass City Pavilion & Event Lawn rental agreement. All tent placement, setup and removal must be coordinated in advance and comply with Metroparks Toledo requirements.
- Security: Event rentals do not include dedicated security. Metroparks Rangers may be requested for a dedicated security presence at a rate of $65 per hour. Large public events may require a designated number of Rangers, with security costs paid in addition to rental fees.
Deposits and Payments
Events at the Glass City Pavilion & Event Lawn require coordination with Metroparks Toledo and Hajjar Hospitality. Renters are responsible for payments to both parties.
- Metroparks Toledo – Facility Rentals & Park Services: Rental fees are payable to Metroparks Toledo upon booking. Any additional fees for rentals, security, or other park services add-ons are due 7 days prior to the event date.
- Hajjar Hospitality – Catering & Bar Packages: A 20% deposit is required 30 days prior to the event date. The remaining balance, based on final guest counts and selections, is due 7 days prior to the event. All catering orders are subject to sales tax and a 12% service fee, in addition to fixed rates for service plans, which range from delivery and drop-off to full-service hospitality including room setup, event staffing, bartenders and cleanup/breakdown.

Features and Amenities—Glass City Pavilion & Event Lawn
Tables and Chairs: Tables and folding chairs are included. Standard room layout is 12 round and 3 rectangular tables. There are an additional 7 round and 7 rectangular tables available. Renter is responsible for providing their own additional tables and chairs through a rental service. Rooftop furniture and Patio furniture is included. Indoor furniture cannot be used outside the Glass City Pavilion.
Paper and Plastic Products: Paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags are provided.
Alcohol: Hajjar Hospitality holds the exclusive hospitality rights and liquor license for the Glass City Pavilion & Event Lawn. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. In compliance with Ohio state liquor laws, all alcohol service must be provided exclusively by Hajjar Hospitality.
Internet: WiFi is available.
Grill(s): There is no grill available at this facility.
Kitchen Facilities: There is no public access to kitchen facilities at this venue. Hajjar Hospitality holds the exclusive hospitality rights and food service licenses and operates all kitchen areas at the Glass City Pavilion.
AV Equipment: In-House Sound System, Wireless Microphone, Projector with Screen
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the facility and within 25 feet of the facility entrance.
Dishes and Utensils: No dishes, utensils or décor is provided by the venue. Work with the hospitality team at Hajjar Hospitality to plan your function as many catering packages include all necessary dishes and utensils for your guests.
Heat and Air Conditioning: The facility is heated and air conditioned.
Restrooms: Located inside the building.
