🔷🔷 Paddle & Groove: A Concert Series ON the Maumee River by Black Swamp Conservancy

📍 Middlegrounds Metropark @ 111 Ottawa St.
- Get ready to float, groove, and celebrate summer on the Maumee! Paddle & Groove is back and bigger than ever for its second season. Presented by the KeyBank National Association Trustee for the Walter E. Terhune Memorial Fund, this one-of-a-kind floating concert series brings live music directly to the river. We’ll load a band onto a pontoon boat, you’ll load into a kayak, and we’ll take off down the Maumee, playing as we go.

📍 Glass City Riverwalk, WTOL 11 Building @ 730 N. Summit St.
- Run Toledo hosts an unforgettable run through the heart of downtown Toledo with a scenic road race perfect for runners of all fitness levels. Both the 5K and 10K courses take you across two bridges offering breathtaking views of the Maumee River, and will take runners through the newly built Glass City Metropark.

📍 Glass City Riverwalk, Viewing Areas on Both Sides of the Maumee River
- The City of Toledo’s fireworks show will light up the sky over the Maumee River, with prime viewing spots available on both sides. On the east side, spectators can enjoy the show from Glass City Metropark, at the Downriver and Upriver (formerly International Park) areas. On the west side, great views are available from Middlegrounds Metropark and Promenade Park in downtown Toledo.

- Field Recordings Tastes America is a tour throughout the United States by the Cellar Crew of Field Recordings, a naturalistic winery from Paso Robles, CA. The hosts will have a Field Recordings branded trailer, yards games, and merch for sale, and a DJ.

🌳 Star Struck: Solar System Tour (Ages 5 and up)
FRIDAY, JULY 11 | 1 to 2:30 p.m.
📍 Glass City Metropark, Market Hall @ 1521 Front St.
- Learn more about our closest star, the sun, and the planets we neighbor. Embark on a scale-model tour of the solar system and marvel at the sizes and vast distances between planets. We'll hike 0.5 miles during the program, and end at Market Hall. Return to your car at your leisure after looking at our sun through the solar telescope.
