Ultimate Survivor - Saturday, July 5
Get ready to test your limits, bond with your crew, and battle it out in the wild. Your team will face off in epic challenges — from navigating canoes and scaling trees, to mastering the ancient art of atlatl throwing, building shelters, and more. Each victory earns you crucial fire-starting supplies. But only one team will rise above the rest. At the final Team Council, it's all or nothing. Can you build a fire fast enough to burn through the rope, raise your flag, and claim the title of Metroparks Toledo’s Ultimate Survivor? Do you have what it takes? Survivors ready? GO...
Rollin' Free Wednesdays at The Ribbon
Metroparks Toledo has teamed up with S&G to bring you Rollin’ Free Wednesdays from May 28 through August 27, 2025, roller skate and roller blade rentals will be completely free every Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. (last call for rentals is at 7 p.m.; available while supplies last). Whether you're a seasoned skater or trying it for the first time, it’s the perfect excuse to get outside and have some fun - on wheels.

Trail Challenge

The Ribbon
The Ribbon, supported by the Hylant Family Foundation, is a 1,000 foot loop trail featuring rolling hills and soft curves for a uniquely Metroparks roller skating experience. The Ribbon is connected to a 5,000 square foot skating pond that offers a traditional rink experience for beginners and a series of special events and programs.
Glass City Metropark
Glass City is the start of bigger things to come, and a destination in its own right. A glass pavilion with rooftop plants and plazas, a sledding hill, walking paths, an event lawn for 5,000 people and incredible views of the city, the new park is a go-to spot beside the largest river on the Great Lakes -- the Maumee.
